ABOUT ME
My intention is to clear up what’s been distressing for you, without dwelling on it. Using psycho-education, Rapid Resolution Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities I’ve learned from over the years, I am committed to getting you clear and free so you can put more energy into what you love, whatever that may be.

EXPERIENCE
I hold a BA in Psychology from Western University, a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and 140+ hours of training in Rapid Resolution Therapy. I currently hold the designation as a qualifying Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario (working in BC), and in early 2024 will be obtaining designation as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
I have worked in private practice, as well as the Canadian Mental Health Association for a number of years. These experiences showed me the value of making things happen for my clients through both connection and resourcefulness.
